EXCHANGES


•    You have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange for your online purchase.
•    Items must be unused, with tags intact and returned in original packaging.
•    Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
•    You may:
o    Exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability).
o    Request an exchange code to place a new order for a different style.

Note: We currently do not support showroom or physical exchanges. All exchanges are processed online only.

•    The online exchange process typically takes 7–10 working days.

•    Items not returned in resalable condition may be refused.
•    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
•    Delivery address cannot be changed once the package has been shipped.
•    If the new item exceeds the value of the original item, the balance must be settled via bank transfer prior to dispatch.
