At Evok, we aim to dispatch all orders from our Chilaw warehouse within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). During promotions or sales, there might be slight delays.
We deliver to all areas within Sri Lanka. Please ensure your postal address, city, and postcode are correctly filled in at checkout. We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with tracking details.
